Organise and present a display/exhibition of work

I have set up a display of my work in the animation room. It is aimed at a target audience of 11 to 18 year olds and will hopefully attract other students to take the animation course. I have to share a board with a fellow student.
The location of the display is in a classroom where students work at computers. I want my display to be interesting and inspiring.
To promote my display i could work with the other students and work as a group to raise awareness of our work through posters or flyers. Part of my final work is an animated film, I would like to display my finished film with my work, however as there is no tv in the room I would probably have to use one of the rooms computer monitors to show it. The room my display is in doesnt really have any special lighting for my artwork however i could bring in lights if i needed to.
The usual Safety precautions and rules apply to my display room. there is a fire extinguisher and fire door incase of a fire.

Produce and present a portfolio of work

Ive included some sample pages showing what my portfolio would look like using the work I have done on my level 3 course.

My portfolio would be aimed at getting a place on a college foundation course. I would need to try and show off some of my skills. I have included my illustrator and photoshop work as I think it shows off that i have learnt some good basic computer aided design skills. I would mount my portfolio on black card to make my designs stand out. I have included an example of a storyboard in my portfolio to show of some of my sequential design skills. I would try and order my portfolio so that it has something different on every page and trying to show off my digital design skills.
